How Far In Advance Should I order?
Please place your order at least SIX weeks prior to your event date to allow time for acquiring materials, approval, and shipping.

What is included in the non-refundable 30% deposit?
The initial mock-up and two minor revisions are included in your deposit. If there are any additional revisions needed, there will be a $10 fee per revision. This will also cover some of the cost of materials to get started.

Refund Policy?
Due to the custom nature of the services provided, there are no refunds. if you, however, experience damaged merchandise due to shipping, please don't hesitate to contact me at chrissyscustomsfl@gmail.com.

Do you do instalLs?
If you are seeking a product that requires an installation, please let me know in your contact form or via email to chrissyscustomsfl@gmail.com. At this time, installations are only available to those local to central florida and will require an additional fee.
